All of our Inspectors have years of experience under their belts. They are trained and certified through InterNACHI and abide by Texas Real Estate Commission regulations and continuing education suggestions. Phone Consultations
If you are not able to attend the inspector would be happy to give you a call to discuss their findings and answer any questions. Please let the scheduler know if you will not be attending the inspection. After you receive your report, we encourage you to call into the office if you have any further questions.
Comprehensive Inspections & Reports
Our inspection reports are always sent out same day and includes pictures and descriptions on items of concern we see. Sunbelt Inspectors are trained to have a neutral approach when discussing findings with clients: we do not want to scare or intimidate clients but make sure everyone is thoroughly informed.
Foundation Elevation Drawing
We draw a sketch of your foundation and use a tool called a Digital ZipLevel to determine how level your foundation is. We place these measurements on this drawing, explain the findings, and send it out with the report. This is a great asset with determining the condition of an older foundation. It is also very useful on new construction to have a benchmark of how level the foundation was poured when new.

Thermal Imaging
A Thermal Imaging scan of a property can be extremely beneficial for narrowing down the sources for otherwise elusive issues. By observing the temperature gradients of scanned components, it becomes far easier to pinpoint water leaks, electrical issues, or poorly insulated areas that adversely affect the structure’s energy efficiency.
