Sunbelt Pest Control 90-Day Termite Warranty

Sunbelt Pest Control provides a limited 90-day warranty following your inspection. If a live termite infestation is discovered within 90 days of the inspection date, Sunbelt Pest Control will provide treatment of the active infestation at no additional cost, subject to the following terms and exclusions:

1. Coverage – This warranty applies only to areas that were visible, accessible, and reasonably subject to inspection under the generally accepted “standard duty of care” at the time of the original inspection.
2. Exclusions – This warranty does not cover:
• Any areas that were concealed, inaccessible, or otherwise not able to be inspected at the time of the original inspection (including but not limited to behind walls, under floor coverings, inside structural voids, or obstructed areas).
• Areas previously identified as “conducive conditions” in the inspection report, unless those conditions have been corrected and re-inspected by Sunbelt Pest Control or Sunbelt Inspections.
• Infestations resulting from conditions that developed after the inspection date (e.g., new moisture intrusion, wood-to-ground contact, or construction changes).
• Pre-existing termite damage, concealed damage, or damage of any kind.
3. Limitations –This warranty is limited to retreatment only. It does not include repair of damage to structures or personal property.
• Sunbelt Pest Control is not liable for infestations that were present but could not reasonably have been detected during the inspection, or for infestations not reported due to concealed conditions.
• This warranty is void if recommended conducive condition corrections are not completed.
4. Transferability – This warranty is valid only for the original client and property inspected and is not transferable.
